I spent a long time being told I was too much.

So I learned to manage myself. I got very good at functioning at showing up, delivering, being strong for everyone around me.

My breakdown didn’t look dramatic from the outside. I kept going. I kept performing okay.

What changed everything wasn’t a mindset shift or a productivity hack.
